Nectarine Cobbler

My kids eat one bar from the two pack for granola bars and then put the left overs in a zip-top bag. I wanted a way to use them and use some nectarines I got from work.

This is about it for ingredients.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Tonight starts Small Group meetings for our church. I love small group. It is great to be together with a few other families from church to discuss in more detail the sermon from Sunday's message. It is also great to be together to eat food!

Tonight, I made this cake and experimented with making frozen yogurt. No pictures on the frozen yogurt, sorry. It was okay. It had good flavor, but it tastes less like ice cream and more like yogurt. That is not a good thing, but I wanted ice cream and not really really cold yogurt.

This is a mixture of white & brown sugars with cinnamon and chopped pecans.

In the oven it goes. I love this mold. The cake looks like a castle when it comes out. Since I was running late, I never took of it after it cooked. It was terrific looking, just take my word for it. :)
