Isn't there some saying about life giving you lemons, so you are supposed to make lemonaide? Well, are you use supposed to do with an egg wash after it has coated the pastry? I'd fried mine with some cheese and a red bell pepper then eat it inside a tortilla -- yum

I've always wanted to make my own rolls. I know they really aren't hard, but it is an issue of time, so I'm making them early so I can enjoy the process.
I'm using FLEISCHMANN'S Classic Dinner Rolls recipe.





Rise Complete
Now it is time to bake them after they get a little egg wash covering. See post regarding
egg wash.

I'm a changed man
For Thanksgiving, it was a treat to get brown & serve rolls, but no more - not after tonight.
