This dish came from Alton Brown's book "I'm Just Here for the Food version 2", I made this. It was all broiled in the oven at different stages. It is basically, hash browns topped with eggs and cheese.

Love sometimes requires a little give & take -- chocolate has the same situation. Milk chocolate on the left and dark chocolate on the right.

This is my ultimate favorite brownie mix. Yes, I said mix. Yes, it is from a box. It is terrific, just don't over cook it and it won't let you down. The mix is from Hershey and it includes chocolate chunks. We get ours from Costco. I add the chocolate topping so I get the satisfaction of a little baking. Also, I baked it in the cast iron skillet because, well, I can. It looks cool that way!

While visiting my in-laws, they brought out a baby cast-iron skillet that has been severely mistreated. It is covered in carbon deposits. My father-in-law broke out his power drill and I used it to grind off the carbon. I'm not even close to being finished, but I look forward to seeing this little guy up and running again.
